The Opportunity
This position is the first point of contact for questions about the employee experience; People and Culture services. The Employee Experience Advisor provides a triage service and is responsible for resolving employees’ P&C related queries.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a P&C advisory role
- Previous experience in end-to-end recruitment processes
- Active working knowledge and application of employment legislation and regulations
- Ability to develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
