Join the Frontline of Sustainable Aquaculture
Looking for a sea change? We are seeking a motivated Farm Attendant to join our passionate Marine Operations Team. Supporting the performance and wellbeing of our Salmon at our stunning Macquarie Harbour Site.
What you’ll be doing
- Use large plant and equipment on fish farm infrastructure.
- Use high pressure equipment and various tools on fish farm infrastructure.
- Assist the plastic welders with HDPE Butt, electrofusion and extrusion welding.
- Assist with general marine projects when required.
- Embrace safety practices and contribute to a positive, productive crew culture.
What you’ll bring
- Cert III in welding is desirable.
- Working at heights training is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
- A current Australian Drivers licence.
- Ability to travel to site when required.
- A keen eye for detail and a drive to keep improving system and process
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment health assessment.
