About the role
Modo Mio is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Chef De Partie to join our team in our vibrant Italian restaurant known for its authentic Italian cuisine.
What you’ll do
- Prepare and cook dishes to Modo Mio’s standards
- Take ownership of pizza, pasta, and fryer sections, maintaining quality and consistency
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and dish presentation
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Maintain quality and consistency
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a CPD in a quality, fast paced kitchen
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a quality restaurant
- Strong section management and consistency under pressure
- Excellent time management and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for food
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Pay: $73,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
