In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering administrative and executive support within the Divisional Management Office, this role will see you provide reliable day‑to‑day support to executives and teams. This includes diary and meeting coordination, managing correspondence, preparing documents, maintaining records, and assisting with procurement and invoicing.
You will support efficient office operations and quality service delivery in a fast‑paced, professional environment where priorities can change.

About you
Your strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication, formed across administrative, office support, or coordination roles, will see you manage competing tasks, maintain accurate information, and contribute to positive business outcomes.
You’re recognised as dependable and professional, skilled at managing administrative processes, and experienced in using digital tools to support effective and collaborative ways of working.
Your attention to detail, resilience, ability to think ""on the run"" and manage competing priorities in a high volume environment are essential.
You're recognised as a high energy, ""can do"" person, flexible and adaptable, skilled at organising and delivering results, and experienced in an operational environment.
You possess high level admin and coordination experience.
