You want to play a part in making NSW a better place to work, live and travel.
Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.
In this role, you'll:
Play a key part in ensuring cost transparency, financial accuracy, and strong governance across a diverse portfolio of Sydney Integration projects. You’ll help project teams manage budgets, understand the financial and schedule impacts of changes, and make informed decisions. You’ll also contribute to improving cost and change control processes and tools across the branch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the development, maintenance and monitoring of project and program cost plans, budgets and forecasts.
- Tracking and analysing expenditure, commitments and accruals against approved budgets.
- Supporting the assessment and validation of change requests, including analysing financial and schedule impacts.
- Maintaining the change control register and ensuring all variations are properly documented, reviewed and authorised.
- Preparing and delivering cost and change-related reports, dashboards and insights to governance forums.
- Ensuring compliance with financial, procurement and governance policies.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of cost and change control processes, frameworks and tools.
- Role modelling the NSW public sector and Transport values to deliver quality outcomes.
