Pallet Repairer - Wetherill Park/Erskine Park
Labourpower is currently recruiting Pallet Repairers / General Labourers for ongoing roles on behalf of our major client in the pallet industry. These sites operate 24/7 and are seeking long-term, reliable workers who are ready to start immediately and grow within the role.
Available Shifts:

Day Shift: 6:00 AM start
-
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM start
Key Duties:
-
Repairing timber pallets using hand and power tools (nail guns, hammers, grinders)
-
Working on a production line in a fast-paced environment
-
Manual handling up to 20kg
-
Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work area
What we're looking for:
-
Experience using nail guns or power tools (training provided)
-
Physically fit and able to complete a functional assessment and drug/alcohol screen
-
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work in a team
-
Must have full-time working rights - no visa holders
-
Full availability and commitment to long-term, stable work

Current driver's licence and reliable transport

Previous factory or warehouse experience preferred

Forklift licence an advantage
