The Weekend Operations Supervisor provides hands-on operational support to the Operations Manager, ensuring continuity of care, staff coverage, and regulatory compliance across NDIS and Aged Care services—particularly during high-risk periods including weekends and public holidays.
This role acts as a key escalation point for client concerns, staff shortages, incidents, and compliance matters. It combines practical problem-solving with strong regulatory awareness and visible presence across client properties to ensure safety, dignity, and service quality.
This is not a desk-only role. It requires decisiveness, sound judgment, and the ability to calmly manage competing priorities in real time.
