Smiles & Faces Orthodontics is a well-established specialist orthodontic practice in Blacktown, known for delivering high-quality care in a supportive and positive environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing clinical team.
About the Role
- Shifts: fixed shifts are during the week (three days a week) 27-30 hours a week.
- Flexibility: Additional shifts may be offered on the day or on other weekdays as skills and confidence develop
- Employment type: Casual start (permanent may be considered)
- No weekends

Key Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting and clinical support
- Instrument sterilisation and infection control
- Lab organisation and preparation
- Maintaining clinical areas and supporting daily workflows
About You
- Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Reliable, detail-focused, and organised
- Comfortable in a busy clinical environment
- Friendly and empathetic with patients and colleagues
- Customer service or healthcare experience is a bonus, not essential
