About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Gaming Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 6-12 months of gaming experience who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport with regular patrons, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
The role offers 20+ hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to gaming patrons and venue guests
- Monitor gaming areas, ensuring a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment
- Assist patrons with gaming machine enquiries, payouts, and general questions
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, Responsible Gambling, and venue policies
- Accurately process cash handling, gaming payouts, and venue transactions
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented gaming area
- Build positive relationships with regular patrons and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Work collaboratively with the wider venue team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Report any incidents, faults, or irregularities to management promptly
About You:
- Minimum 6 - 12 months experience in a Gaming Attendant role (essential)
- Current NSW RSA and RCG certificates (ARCG highly regarded)
- Confident handling cash and gaming machine payouts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Reliable, well-presented, and able to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
