We’re looking for a casual
Pastry Chef to join our production team across our South Brisbane and CBD venues in preparation for our Pacific Fair venue opening this month. Whether you’re experienced in viennoiserie or wanting to bring your kitchen experience to a patisserie environment, you’ll be supported through structured cross-training by a passionate, skilled team who take pride in creating a world-class product.
What the role involves:
- Producing and finishing our signature viennoiserie
- Following systems for consistency, speed and quality
- Supporting pastry prep, baking, and finishing
- Working across multiple production areas (kitchen and cube/lamination)
We’re looking for a chef who:
- Has at least 2 years’ experience in a kitchen, restaurant or pastry environment
- Has experience in day-to-day shift management (preferred but not essential)
- Preferably has lamination and baking experience
- Brings strong time management and a great work ethic
- Is confident with commercial kitchen tools and processes
- Thrives on feedback and contribute a positive, collaborative energy to their team
- Has full working rights in Australia
