We are a small but growing IT & Cyber Security business and we're looking for the right person to grow with us.

There is some flexibility in hours and the role is mostly remote - though you'll need to be based on the Mornington Peninsula, as some onsite work or meetings may be required from time-to-time.
Typical duties include:
- Assisting customers with IT issues (Windows, Mac, Office)
- Setting up new accounts and computers
- Running monthly reports
- Escalating issues where required
Due to the nature of the work, passing a background check (NPC) is required for this role.
