We're looking for an enthusiastic Barista / All-Rounder to join our friendly, close-knit team at The Pastry Lab Caloundra.
Please note: The advertised rate applies to a Level 1 Food & Beverage Attendant aged 20 years and over. Junior rates apply for team members aged 17–19 years.

About the Role
This role is split between barista duties and front-of-house service, with approximately a 70% Barista /30% FOH rostered mix. Some weeks you may spend most of your time on the coffee machine, while others may be focused on customer service and front-of-house responsibilities depending on others on leave.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional coffee and outstanding customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Dialling in espresso machines and maintaining coffee quality throughout service
- Preparing espresso coffee, matcha, iced drinks, specialty beverages, and cold foams to recipe
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Following established systems and procedures to ensure consistency
- Providing friendly, professional customer service both behind the machine and on the floor
