Our kitchen team is passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences every day, combining traditional Italian favourites with consistency, energy and attention to detail. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Chef de Partie (Full-Time) to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the high standards our guests have come to expect.
About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section with confidence, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard. Working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will collaborate closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional food while maintaining excellence in food safety, cleanliness and service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking dishes in line with established recipes and presentation standards
- Managing your section efficiently during service
- Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and portion control
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements
- Contributing to a safe, positive and productive kitchen culture
- Supporting team members and helping drive operational excellence
About You
You are a passionate and motivated chef who takes pride in producing quality food and thrives in a busy kitchen environment. You bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2–3 years' experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
- Relevant commercial cookery qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Sound understanding of food safety practices and HACCP principles
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A professional approach with honesty, integrity and reliability
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
