Floor Manager – Little Divas Day Spa (Roseville)

Little Divas Day Spa is Sydney's premier children's pamper party venue, specialising in luxury spa experiences, birthday parties, school holiday workshops, and special events for children.
We are excited to be opening our new Roseville venue and are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and motivated Floor Manager to join our growing team.
About the Role
As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience while leading and supporting our team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily venue operations
- Manage party hosts and spa staff
- Ensure all parties and events run smoothly and on schedule
- Deliver exceptional customer service to children and parents
- Coordinate bookings and event preparation
- Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Assist with staff training and supervision
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with management to achieve business goals
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in hospitality, events, retail management, childcare, or customer service
- Be highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Have strong leadership and communication abilities
- Be energetic, positive, and passionate about working in a fun environment
- Be reliable, professional, and well presented
- Have the ability to work weekends and school holiday periods
- Hold a current Working With Children Check (or be willing to obtain one)
