We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support a major Government agency focused on digital innovation on the ServiceNow platform.
This is an initial 12 month contract with very high chances of extension for 2-3 years.
Who Are We Looking For?
A solid ServiceNow Developer with previous experience working on custom applications supporting business processes (Service Management, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Procurement, etc.) in a large and complex enterprise environment.
What You’ll Do?
- Develop, configure and maintain solutions across the ServiceNow platform
- Support and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows
- Build and maintain custom applications within ServiceNow
- Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Collaborate with BAs, testers and developers to ensure quality outcomes
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives
What We’d Love To See?
- 3-4+ years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer
- Strong experience across ServiceNow development and administration
- Understanding of workflows, forms, reporting/dashboards, and access/roles in ServiceNow
- Good knowledge of ITSM modules and any additional modules such as ITAM, ITOM, RISK and Performance Analytics modules a plus
- Experience developing custom ServiceNow applications
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively within Agile environment
