Job Description
What will you do?
-
Deliver a safe, compliant, and engaging OSHC program aligned to best practice
-
Plan and implement high-quality, child-led activities that support learning and wellbeing
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and school communities
-
Oversee the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care
-
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Educators to deliver consistent, high-quality care
Qualifications
About you
-
A genuine passion for working with children and delivering high-quality care and education
-
Demonstrated experience in OSHC, childcare, or early childhood settings
-
Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach
-
Current First Aid, CPR, and relevant certifications
-
Hold a Diploma qualification (or working towards) as recognised by ACECQA
-
Valid Working with Children Check and Australian work rights
