The Role
We are seeking professional and dedicated Wait Staff Supervisor to join our hospitality team at Longueville. You will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming dining experience, ensuring our residents enjoy restaurant-quality service every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and Leading of Catering Assistant team
- Working on rostering with the Residential Experience Manager to ensure exceptional service standards across the hospitality team
- Assisting with training for hospitality team
- Ensuring compliance with documentation for all stocktakes and breakages
- Providing attentive table service in a luxury dining environment
- Setting and clearing tables with a high standard of presentation
- Maintain clean, well-presented service areas
- Assist with in room dining when required.
- Supporting residents with their dining needs in a respectful and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and care staff
- Upholding health, safety, and hygiene standards
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 1 year minimum experience in hospitality, fine dining, or aged care dining service
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A professional, polished, and compassionate approach
- A genuine interest in enriching the lives of older Australians
- A current National Police Check
- Covid19 vaccinated (2 Doses) + Flu vaccinated 2026
