Northern Beaches Secondary College (NBSC) Balgowlah Boys Campus (enrolment 1040 students) is a comprehensive Year 7-12 boys' high school and part of a collaboration with Cromer, Freshwater Senior, Mackellar Girls, and Manly campuses. The college comprises more than 4,800 students and 450 staff, led by the College Management Team (CMT). NBSC operates 20 collaborative staff networks centred on key learning and operational areas, complemented by student and parent consultative groups.
