Builders Cleaner – Casual & Subcontractor Opportunities
Complete Clean Collective is a growing, professional cleaning company specialising in high-quality builders' cleans. We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented Casual Cleaners and Subcontractors to join our team.

About the Role
As a Builders Cleaner, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality post-construction cleans on residential and commercial projects, ensuring every property is finished to an exceptional standard.
Your Responsibilities
- Detailed builders' and final handover cleans
- Removing construction dust, debris, stickers, and residue
- Cleaning windows, tracks, frames, and glass
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, cupboards, and wardrobes
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Wiping skirting boards, doors, architraves, and all surfaces
- Identifying and rectifying missed areas to ensure a quality finish
- Following site safety requirements and company procedures
About You
- Previous builders' cleaning experience is highly regarded (training may be provided for the right candidate)
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- White Card preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
For Subcontractors
- Current ABN
- Public Liability Insurance
- Own vehicle
- Own cleaning equipment is an advantage but not essential
