About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you deliver person centred care while building confidence and skill in your practice. You support registered nurses, maintain safe standards, and help create calm, respectful care in a supportive clinical team.
Duties
- Deliver quality nursing care under RN direction
- Monitor patients and report changes
- Support daily care and comfort needs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Build strong teamwork across the unit
About You
You are a caring and capable Enrolled Nurse who values teamwork, safety and person centred care.
- Enrolled Nurse registered or eligible with NMBA
- Current practising certificate and medication endorsement
- Deliver nursing care that meets professional standards
- Communicate clearly and work well in multidisciplinary teams
- Recognise change and prioritise care under RN guidance
