Kenny Constructions are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join the team delivering a significant new-build concrete structure in Perth.
The project comprises two buildings of approximately 6–7 storeys each, incorporating seven concrete cores and jumpform construction. This is a technically focused structural role suited to a Senior Project Engineer with strong experience across reinforced concrete, formwork and structural construction.
Working closely with the Project Manager, Site Manager, Supervisors and subcontractors, you will take ownership of the engineering and coordination requirements across the project and play a key role in driving the structural works from construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of engineering delivery across a major concrete frame project
- Coordinate structural works across two buildings and seven cores
- Manage engineering requirements associated with jumpform construction
- Coordinate reinforcement, formwork and concrete packages
- Review structural drawings, shop drawings and technical documentation
- Manage RFIs, design coordination and technical queries
- Work closely with site teams to ensure structural works are sequenced and delivered efficiently
- Monitor quality, inspections, ITPs and compliance across structural works
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers
- Assist with programme planning, sequencing and short-term lookaheads
- Identify technical issues and provide practical, buildable solutions
- Support the Project Manager with project reporting, procurement and commercial matters
About You
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Engineer within commercial construction
- Strong experience delivering structural concrete / high-rise projects
- Proven exposure to reinforcement, formwork and concrete frame construction
- Experience with cores, jumpform or similar structural construction methodologies highly regarded
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and buildability
- Confident interpreting structural drawings and coordinating technical documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with site teams and subcontractors
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline

Pay: $140,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year
