Preparing and cooking delicious, high-quality meals tailored to dietary requirements
Managing stock ordering, rotation, and kitchen efficiency
Baking fresh cakes and desserts that feel like a taste of home
Maintaining a spotless, organized kitchen and food storage areas
Upholding the highest standards of food safety and workplace health & safety
Proven experience as a Chef (camp experience highly regarded)
Strong culinary skills with a keen eye for detail
Confidence in managing kitchen operations
Previous experience in senior or leadership roles (advantageous)
A positive, team-focused attitude
- Operates Vehicles in the Field Certificate (advantageous)
