Allied Health Co is a fast-growing multidisciplinary clinic in Gregory Hills with strong referral pathways and a large Private and NDIS client base.
We are seeking a Speech Pathologist who wants flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential without worrying about admin, marketing, or clinic overheads.

Your Role
You will provide assessment and therapy for clients experiencing communication or swallowing challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments
- Delivering individualised therapy programs
- Supporting children and/or adult clients
- Providing family education and home strategies
- Preparing clinical documentation and reports when required
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping clients communicate and reach their potential.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology
✔ Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership
✔ Experience with paediatric or adult caseloads
✔ Strong communication and rapport-building skills
✔ Ability to manage your own caseload
✔ NDIS experience highly desirable
