LIGHT VEHICLE MECHANIC | WORKSHOP BASED
Aestec Services is looking for a qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic to join our team in Gladstone.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified mechanic looking for a stable, workshop-based role working on Aestec’s fleet of light vehicles.
About the Role
Based in our workshop, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, servicing and repairs of our company light vehicle fleet.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Completing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults

Carrying out inspections and general mechanical repairs

Maintaining accurate service and maintenance records

Ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable and fit for purpose

Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of our 99-vehicle fleet
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent

Previous experience working as a Light Vehicle Mechanic

Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
-
A commitment to safety and quality workmanship

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A current Australian driver's licence
