Flexible shifts available as the venue operates from 7:00am to 11:30pm.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in a bar, cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment within Australia
- Experience preparing non-alcoholic cocktails and mocktails
- Experience preparing and presenting cheese platters, fruit bowls and fruit platters
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, positive demeanour
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and presentation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Weekend availability is a must
- Responsible, reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails and mocktails
- Prepare and present cheese platters, fruit bowls and fruit platters to a high standard
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks promptly with excellent presentation
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Ensure customers have a positive and memorable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, service areas and dining areas
- Assist with setting up and closing down the venue
- Work closely with kitchen and FOH team members to ensure smooth service
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Follow directions from the staff in charge and maintain open communication with the team
- Ensure all products are prepared and presented consistently according to venue standards
- Assist other team members when required during busy service periods
- Contribute to a positive, supportive and energetic workplace environment
