A Patient Experience Coordinator performs a variety of daily tasks. You will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, liaising with Dental Assistants and OHTs and performing patient experience administration.
To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for people and patient experiences. Therefore, we’re after a great communicator and someone who takes initiative to ensure every single patient has the best experience.
Your daily tasks will include:

Greet & check in patients upon arrival

Introduce patients to the Dental Assistant or OHT

Assist in managing the Reception area

Assist with internal marketing procedures

Build relationships with patients
