About Us
Wise Comm Pty Ltd is an Australian private company established in 2017 and the central management entity for the Caseway retail network, a specialty retail chain with 20+ stores and kiosks across Australia.
Operating under the registered business names Caseway Marketing and Caseway Logistics, Wise Comm provides all shared services to the network including purchasing, stock distribution, payroll, HR, marketing, IT, and general management.
About the Role
This hands-on role supports the daily office operations of the company. Work closely with management on task. You will coordinate office administration, manage office resources and schedules, support compliance and administrative processes, assist the HR Department with recruitment, onboarding and staff induction activities, and provide support to the Finance Department with payroll and other administrative tasks.
This is a key role in supporting the smooth, efficient and effective operation of the company. We are seeking a responsible and organized individual with strong communication skills and relevant experience to join our team and make a meaningful contribution to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate the daily office operations of the company to ensure efficient business performance.
· Supervise and support departmental operations, including cross-department communication and coordination, staff training.
· Maintain office systems, improve administrative processes, and ensure accurate record keeping.
· Coordinate internal communications, meeting schedules, office resources, and project administration.
· Assist the Finance Department with budgeting, invoice processing, payment reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and other financial administrative tasks.
· Coordinate payroll administration, timesheets, leave records, and related documentation.
· Liaise with external accountants and maintain financial administration records.
· Support the HR Department in coordinating recruitment processes, employee onboarding, staff induction, and probation review activities.
· Organize staff training and employee engagement activities.
· Maintain licenses, contracts, company records, and workplace compliance documentation.
Skills and Experience
· Diploma or higher qualification in management, business, or a related field
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in office management, administration, team coordination, or a similar role
· Strong organisational, multitasking, and administrative coordination skills with high attention to detail
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and professional approach
· Ability to manage documentation, reporting, scheduling, and administrative processes effectively
· Proficient in digital office systems and Microsoft Office applications
