We are currently seeking a highly organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Assistant Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This is far more than a support role — you will play a key part in coordinating and executing global marketing initiatives across three leading brands.
The Opportunity
As our Assistant Marketing Manager, you will help bridge the gap between strategy and execution, contributing to campaigns and projects that support global sales growth and strengthen our market presence.
This role is ideal for a digitally savvy marketer who combines creativity with strong analytical capability and enjoys working across multiple marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain company websites, including content updates and CMS administration.
- Develop and execute SEO/GEO strategies and create high-quality, keyword-rich content designed to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing ROI, using insights to optimise future activity and content calendars.
- Coordinate and execute online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and email marketing initiatives aligned with global sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral to ensure brand consistency across brochures, technical documentation, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Support product launches across all marketing channels.
- Conduct research into industry trends, market activity, and competitors to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Assist in coordinating marketing priorities and supporting collaboration across internal stakeholders and external partners.
About You
You are a motivated marketing professional who understands both the creative and commercial sides of marketing. You enjoy delivering measurable outcomes and continuously improving performance through data-driven insights.
Skills & Experience
- Degree qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (B2B marketing experience highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of contemporary marketing principles and practices.
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt writing style across multiple formats, including blogs, editorial content, advertising copy, and business reporting.
- Proven hands-on experience with SEO and website management using platforms and tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMRush, and WordPress.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Basic graphic design and editing capabilities using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Leadership experience or experience coordinating projects, stakeholders, or junior team members highly regarded.

Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
