Your Duties:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and helping our customers find the right products for their needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their product selections.
- Providing expert advice on our products
- Operating the point of sale (POS)
- Maintaining the visual appearance of the store, including stocking shelves and keeping displays neat and organized.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a friendly and professional manner.
About You:
We're looking for a motivated and customer focused individual who has:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
- An interest in learning more about our unique product offerings and sharing that knowledge with customers.
- Flexibility to work weekends and during busy retail periods.
