THE COMPANY:
Lusso Kitchen is the latest addition to the Lusso group which has been in operation for the last 13 years.
Lusso Kitchen and Catering is running a busy restaurant at Longueville, Double bay, Neutral Bay Club, Northbridge, Warringah Bowling Club and Cammeray Golf Club.
Position: Chef
Responsibilities :
· planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
· monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
· discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff
· demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
· preparing and cooking food
· explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
· may select and train staff
· may freeze and preserve foods
What we offer:
· Annual Base Salary: AUD$75000-$85000 (38 hr/week)

Qualifications:
The Applicant should be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia.
The Applicant should have a Cert.IV or above in Cookery.
The Applicant should have a minimum experience of 01 year as a Chef.
