Are you passionate about creating exceptional breakfast experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in consistently delivering quality food? We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our growing team across The Rise and Piccolini.
This role is initially part-time, with hours split across both venues. As our business continues to expand, there is a genuine opportunity for the role to become full-time when our next venue opens.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes while maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy café environment and takes ownership of their section.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking breakfast and brunch service to a high standard.
- Assisting with food preparation, stock rotation and ordering.
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Working collaboratively with our kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Helping develop and improve menu items.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and service-ready.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience as a breakfast or café chef.
- Can confidently manage a busy breakfast service.
- Has excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for great food.
- Is available to work weekends and public holidays as required.
