About the Role
You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a range of mobile phones and electronic devices, while providing friendly and professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobile phone repairs, including screen, battery, charging port and other hardware repairs
- Diagnose faults and identify repair requirements
- Perform repairs carefully and efficiently
- Test devices after repairs to ensure they are working properly
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
- Keep the repair area clean and organised
About You
- Previous experience in mobile phone repair is preferred
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, responsible and honest
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with iPhone and Samsung repairs is highly regarded
