What we need.
We are ideally seeking a male or female candidate with a technical aptitude to join our team in the customer service department. We are open to applicants with relevant experience and interest in the technical field who wants to pursue a career in the Automation sector.
We are flexible should a candidates’ needs is for a part-time or full-time employment.

Active Listening: Listen carefully to customers’ concerns.
Responsibilities.
Processing Sales, following up with customers on quotes and issues, Record keeping of customer interactions, Following communication procedures and policies and engaging customers.
Remuneration.
Remuneration will be based on industry standard rates and negotiations with the successful applicant. $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.
