About the role: This role will be working for Mars Incorporated within our Royal Canin segment, where we advance pet health through tailored nutrition and scientific expertise.

What you’ll do:
- Drive growth within the Mornington/Peninsula - Bayside areas by identifying opportunities and executing strategies that expand distribution of Royal Canin veterinary diets.
- Develop strong relationships with veterinary clinics and key decision-makers, becoming a trusted partner and nutrition advocate.
- Support clinics in recommending Royal Canin as their primary therapeutic diet—through education, insight, and excellent service.
- Collaborate with your team and cross-functional partners to share insights, drive regional growth, and deliver exceptional customer value.
- Attend industry trade shows, company meetings, and events, representing Royal Canin with professionalism and passion.
- Manage activity reports, expenses, and ad-hoc requests as part of your territory planning and performance tracking
Your experience and passion:
- A Bachelors degree, Cert 4 or Diploma or above; combined with experience in a B2B product-based sales experience, or practice experience with a strong interest in sales.
- Experience with veterinary or pet health, or a science-based field like pharma is highly desirable.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
