About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of our service, ensuring compliance, quality outcomes, and a positive environment where children, families, and staff can thrive.You will confidently navigate the complexities of the early childhood sector, keeping ahead of regulatory requirements and industry changes while supporting and developing your team.

- Has extensive knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Possesses a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintaining quality and compliance standards.
