As a Peer Support Worker, you'll help people navigate their recovery journey with confidence, connection and hope. Working alongside consumers, families and multidisciplinary teams, you'll create meaningful opportunities for people to build on their strengths and achieve outcomes that matter to them.

Personal lived experience of mental health challenges and recovery, with the ability to share insights professionally
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse groups
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary and community settings
Confidence using digital systems and supporting group recovery activities
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience delivering recovery-focused programs and/or experience working with community organisations supporting mental health outcomes.
