PHARMACY TECHNICIAN/ IMPREST TECHNICIAN - CORRECTIONS HPS COBURG (NON PATIENT FACING)
We are seeking a part-time or full-time permanent pharmacy technician who is willing to take the next step in their career in the corrections space at HPS Coburg.
About the role:
HPS Coburg is seeking a pharmacy technician to work as a production technician and/or an imprest technician to provide high quality pharmacy services and support to our correctional clients. This role involves working in a warehouse environment, focusing on behind the scenes operations rather than direct patient interaction. This role operates on a rotating roster from Monday to Saturday, with shifts scheduled between 7:30am-9:00pm, we are open to both part time and full time availabilities.
The imprest technician role involves visiting correctional facilities throughout Victoria to organise, monitor and replenish stock levels. Ensuring accurate stock records, performing regular audits, and liaising with site staff to maintain supply availability.
The key responsibility of this role is to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in providing patient cantered care.
About you:
- Communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of healthcare staff
- Always having a patient focused approach
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Must be Comfortable visiting and entering Correctional facilities
