We're hiring a Business Development Representative to start the conversations that stop that happening. Your job is to find the businesses that need protecting before an incident finds them reaching out, opening doors, and booking the meetings that turn into real cyber resilience. It's also a rare chance to build. This is a new, dedicated outbound role you'll help shape how we prospect, which verticals we chase, and what the playbook becomes, then run it. You design the motion and own the results, rather than inheriting someone else's.

The role:
Generate a consistent flow of qualified new-business meetings for StickmanCyber through relentless, well-targeted outbound so our growth no longer depends on inbound luck. This is a hunter's seat: prospecting and qualifying, not account management or closing (you'll hand qualified opportunities to our closers and share in the win).
What you'll own:
- Relentless outbound: run consistent calls, email and social outreach into target verticals, and book qualified meetings week in, week out.
- Pipeline from scratch: create qualified pipeline from a cold start, mapped to the verticals where StickmanCyber wins.
- Discovery & qualification: run sharp discovery, qualify hard, and only pass opportunities that are genuinely ready.
- Sourced revenue: partner with our account managers to convert your sourced meetings into closed-won revenue.
- CRM hygiene: keep HubSpot clean every touch, contact and next step logged, with no gaps.
