Senior CA and Team Lead - Cremorne

Atlaxis Health is one of Australia's highest-performing Chiropractic & Health practices - , Cremorne-based, and growing fast. We run a model that most practices haven't seen before and we need someone who can help us run the front of house operation at the highest level of excellence.
What the role actually looks like - 20 hours per week on the front desk mastering and developing our systems, plus coordinating the CA team schedule, tracking weekly performance metrics, owning CA onboarding for new hires, and being the person who makes sure the patient experience is consistently excellent from first contact to care plan start.
This is a stepping stone role for the right person. We're building fast and the people who grow with us get opportunities that don't exist anywhere else in this industry. We work with dozens of other office across Australia, NZ and USA
You don't need Chiro experience. You need to be a natural leader, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about the people around you performing at their best. You've led people before, formally or informally, and you know what it takes to hold a team to a high standard
Base pay plus potential performance bonuses tied to team and practice metrics
