You’re a dynamic and energetic physio (junior or senior clinicians and advanced practitioners welcome to apply) and/or physio/clinical manager, but must be willing to work in new and innovative ways of practicing. You achieve excellence and efficiency at the same time. You are probably bored of adhering to the status quo of private practice and wonder why we are still stuck in silos of ortho, neuro, cardio, etc when the patients in front of us actually benefit from a truely holistic approach that transcends old ways of thinking.
You’re an exemplary example of optimal mindfulness, nutrition and fitness because you understand that practicing what you preach is an important aspect of patient leadership to optimise their adherence.
You’re engaging to talk to, and can develop rapport with clients, staff and stakeholders alike. Comfortable with any age group and possibly speak more than 1 language because many of our clients do too.
You can work flexibly at all/some of our clinic locations (CBD, Doncaster E, Mornington) including home-visits in all of metro Melbourne. You bring the energy of Physio Partners into our dynamic busy gym environments and home-visit settings alike. Car/licence required, with generous travel reimbursement policies.
On the job training in physio clinical skills, techniques and mentorship will be provided. Specialities include chronic pain, pelvic health, cardiopulmonary, neurological, sports, MSK and gerontology.
Correct AHPRA registration, employment safety checks, valid working visa required. Physio Partners is NOT offering sponsorship of international visa applications right now for this round (though we are open to it in the future as we will search far and wide for the right people!).
Remuneration (either fixed employee contract or contractor/commission-based) is correlated with your experience and skills and what you will bring to the company.
