With a recently opened space in Adelaide, we're excited to expand the team and bring on a Space Coordinator to work at our original space on Flinders Street.
This is a hands-on role that ensures the space is welcoming, events run smoothly, and members receive the high level of service WOTSO is known for.
This role could be ideal for someone coming from hospitality or retail or anyone ready for a role that blends people, sales and administration. With training provided, we'll set you up with everything you need to succeed at WOTSO.
What You’ll Be Doing
Front of House & Member Experience

Cover reception and be the first point of contact for members and guests
- Greet everyone with a warm, professional attitude
- Support members with general enquiries (in person, phone and email)
- Assist with member tours
- Book and set up meeting rooms
Space Presentation & Admin
-
Onboard new members and help them feel at home from day one
- Daily set up and pack down of the space
- Manage stock levels, consumables, and site orders
- Keep kitchen and communal areas well stocked and presentable ️
- Assist with community events and activations
- Create graphics using Canva
- Support Instagram posting and other local marketing initiatives
- Jump in where needed - no job too small
About You

Background in retail, hospitality, reception or customer service (we'll teach you the rest)
- A natural doer, you see what needs doing and get onto it
- Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to people
- Organised, reliable and good at juggling tasks
- Happy being on your feet and moving around throughout the day
