Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this Head Housekeeper role offers diversity and challenge for a self motivated individual with attention to detail. Leading the housekeeping team, the successful applicant will be responsible for leading a diverse housekeeping team to deliver a high cleaning standard and excellent cost controls. This hands on role will see duties range from basic cleaning & unpacking of linen through to coaching a diverse team to be able to meet the requirements of the role and being responsible for the financial performance of the housekeeping department, recruitment and rostering. Occasional relief work on the front desk may also be required.

- Be flexible in working hours, with an ability to work on any day of the week
- Have experience in cleaning to be able to effectively lead a team to meet cleaning targets on a daily basis.
Experience in similar roles would be an advantageous.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
