Essential requirements:
- Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of required NDIS training modules (or willingness to complete during onboarding)
- Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach
- A genuine passion for supporting people to achieve their goals and maintain their independence
