ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a bubbly, driven Third in Charge to join the team at Lorna Jane Chermside - a store that's just stepped up into Platinum tier.
This role is ideal for someone early in their retail career who wants to fast-track their growth with a premium activewear brand. You don't need leadership experience — just a genuine love of retail and customer service, and the drive to learn fast. You'll be the go-to for all things operations and visual merchandising, keeping the store running efficiently and looking its best, while never losing sight of the customer in front of you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to for day-to-day store operations - stock control, replenishment and loss prevention - keeping Chermside running smoothly as it steps into Platinum tier.
- Support your leaders with visual merchandising standards, helping execute floor moves, displays and seasonal setups that bring the store to life.
- Stay customer-focused even while heads-down on ops. Stop, drop and serve, and make sure no customer goes unassisted.
- Support the Store Leader to achieve sales targets and store KPIs, contributing individually and helping the team hit its numbers.
- Build genuine relationships with regular customers and represent the Lorna Jane brand with energy and enthusiasm on the floor.

- A bubbly, enthusiastic personality who brings energy to the floor and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
- Experience in retail or customer service.
- Quick and efficient, with a natural eye for detail and a love of getting things done right.
- Confidence across stock control, visual merchandising and daily store routines.
- Comfortable stepping up and taking ownership of the store when needed.
