Own end-to-end delivery of complex process optimisation and transformation programs, including activity analysis, risk & control framework design, continuous monitoring, and embedding sustainable improvements.
Provide strategic finance system implementation support across business cases, operating model design, chart of accounts, program governance, and control assurance.
Drive governance, accounting, integration, and synergy realisation in transactional change activities, including pre- and post-deal support.
Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, thought leadership, and market insights.
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, external audit, consulting or a related field, with demonstrated progression to senior management roles.
Proven experience leading large, complex finance transformation, process optimisation, and finance systems implementation engagements.
Strong expertise in risk & controls, financial reporting, technical and management accounting, budgeting, and commercial finance.
Exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distil complex issues, advise on risk and opportunity, and deliver actionable insights.
