Club Charlestown is a thriving bowling Club in the Lake Macquarie region. Boasting function rooms, gaming facilities and 3 bowling greens- the Club is large and modern, hosting its 13,000 members regularly. The Club has a second venue, Club Lambton, in the Newcastle region.
We are looking for an experienced cleaner to join our cleaning crew on a casual basis. This position is between 10-15 hours per week.
Undoubtedly one of the most important positions in the company, the right person for the cleaning position has the following qualities:
- Physically fit. You will need to be able to work on your feet for 5+ hours in a role that requires lifting, pushing, pulling and bending actions. This includes wearing a lightweight back-pack style vacuum for extended periods.
- Has a current NSW drivers licence and/or reliable transport as the role will require shifts to be worked at both Club Charlestown and Club Lambton
- Has early morning availability. Shifts are set (non-negotiable) times of 5:30am-10:30am
- Can work independently without supervision as well as part of a team
- Takes pride in their work and has a can-do attitude
- Has experience in handling chemicals and is able to tolerate dust (PPE Provided)
Due to the nature of the role, we require all candidates to be 18 years or older in age.

This is an employer/employee based relationship and you will work as part of a team with shirts, chemicals and all cleaning equipment provided. No ABN needed.
