About the Role
We are seeking reliable and experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. You will support participants to live independently and achieve their goals at home and in the community.

You are:
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Experienced in disability support
- Compassionate and participant-focused
- A strong communicator
- Able to work independently
Key Responsibilities
- Community access and social support
- Daily living support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Mealtime assistance
- Supporting participant goals and independence
- Track and document an individual’s progress through detailed note keeping
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Childrens Check
- First Aid & CPR (current)
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Right to work in Australia
- Relevant experience in disability support
Successful candidates will be required to provide a National Criminal History Record Check
