About the role

Join the Heart Lung Clinical Research Program and provide hands-on support across a busy and fast-paced clinical research environment

Work closely with researchers, clinicians, and trial teams to support the delivery of multiple clinical research projects and studies

Coordinate research administration including ethics submissions, data management, managing REDCap maintenance, and study documentation

This role suits someone who can confidently step into the position with prior clinical research experience and work independently with minimal supervision

Contribute to high-quality research that supports innovation and improves patient care outcomes
About You

Previous hands-on experience working in clinical research or clinical trials support within a healthcare, research or hospital setting

Strong working knowledge of REDCap, Microsoft Excel, ethics/governance submissions via REGIS, and research administration processes

Demonstrated understanding of research ethics, confidentiality, privacy, and information handling requirements

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, switched-on team player who can quickly adapt, take initiative, and work autonomously from commencement
