About The Role
Reporting to the Clinical Manager and working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality care across our Non-Procedural areas using your clinical skills to assess, plan and evaluate patient needs.
Hours
- Full Time and Permanent Part-Time opportunities available
Salary Range
- Base Salary Range: $38.44 per hour - $52.38 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care
- Utilise the NMBA Registered Nurse Standards for Practice and hospital policies
- Recognise and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications safely using the Eight Rights
- Maintain accurate, concise and legally compliant documentation
- Support patients and families through education and communication
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
- Participate in risk management, WHS, and quality improvement activities
- Support and mentor new staff and students as required
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills
- Excellent communication—written, verbal and non‑verbal
- A commitment to patient dignity, safety and confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude
- Willingness to participate in mandatory training and ongoing education
