As an Enrolled Nurse - Advanced Skill, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients through complex care journeys, helping deliver safe, high-quality outcomes in a specialised oncology setting. From contributing to patient care planning to mentoring others, you'll be part of a collaborative team making a real difference.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
Delivering advanced, evidence-based care that supports safe and effective patient outcomes
Working closely with nurses and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate and improve care delivery
Guiding and mentoring junior staff and students to build capability and confidence
Supporting quality and safety initiatives that strengthen patient experience and outcomes

Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with no practice restrictions
Demonstrated ability to deliver safe, evidence-based care in a clinical setting
Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
A commitment to continuous learning, quality improvement and patient-centred care
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience in oncology or complex care settings and/or additional study or training that supports advanced clinical practice.
Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage to every interaction, helping shape better outcomes for patients and teams alike.
